St Louis Cymbidium Orchid Delivery

Riley's Florist has wonderful customer service! I live out of the area and had ordered flowers for delivery to a St. Louis Children's hospital. Immediately upon placing the online order I received a phone call and they let me know that the hospital did not allow flowers and offered alternatives with balloons and stuffed animals. It was delivered that day and was a great treat for my nephew recovering from surgery. Thank you Riley's and I highly recommend for local and out of town orders!

I live in Colorado. Have a family member in the hospital is STL. I usually use Dierbergs florist yet they could not deliver same day, Sunday. So I looked online & found Rileys.
I spoke with Robert. I told him what I wanted in the arrangement. He sent me pictures of the final arrangement, and when I was unsure of the delivery, he called the driver while I was on the phone with him verifying they were delivered and whom the flowers were dropped off to.
Robert went above & beyond, reassuring I was taken care of. I appreciated the photos and him calling the driver. I will definitely use Rileys again.
