Rainbow roses are not always available. When not available we will sub with bright color mixed roses.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This was the first time I called upon the fine people at Riley's to create and deliver a flower arrangement. I ordered it for my husband's homecoming after a long hospital stay. The arrangement is stunning, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! My husband loves it! The florists at Riley's know their medium; they are talented, and they have a remarkable eye for color and proportion. I was in a hurry when I submitted my order — I used the Riley's website and chose the first arrangement I saw. One of the owners telephoned me less than 10 minutes after I placed my order to discuss my desires further. He suggested "specialty" and exotic flowers, and I truly appreciated the breadth of his suggestions, as well as his attention to detail. My order contained rather specific delivery instructions, along with a short, two-hour, delivery window. The process went smoothly; it was obviously executed by experts. The delivery man was not the typical sort — Tim was knowledgeable about flowers, and he handled the arrangement with the care it deserved. I am thrilled with the personalized service I received and the expert execution of my order from Riley's. The arrangement itself is exquisite! I couldn't be happier! I'm a Riley's customer for life!
