One of our employees is related to Capt. David Dorn, who was killed during the turmoil at a local pawn shop. We ordered an arrangement for his family. I ordered online ( Very clear cut and easy process) and got an email saying they would have to make some substitutions. The final product did not look like the photo (for one thing the lilies were white, not stargazers, but for a sympathy arrangement they were a very appropriate substitution); HOWEVER, it is absolutely gorgeous! The card is large and on heavy stock and I was able to write a much longer message than on the traditional little florist shop card, which they printed on the card - very classy. Delivered same day for a reasonable fee. No contact delivery ( the driver called and said he was pulling up. I opened the door and he set it just inside. ***My only suggestion would be to add a place in the online ordering system for a driver tip. I may have missed it, but I did not see one, and ordered with a company cc so had no cash so the wonderful driver got stiffed. :( Otherwise, we would give them 10 stars if we could.
