Riley's Florist has wonderful customer service! I live out of the area and had ordered flowers for delivery to a St. Louis Children's hospital. Immediately upon placing the online order I received a phone call and they let me know that the hospital did not allow flowers and offered alternatives with balloons and stuffed animals. It was delivered that day and was a great treat for my nephew recovering from surgery. Thank you Riley's and I highly recommend for local and out of town orders!

I was not aware that my daughter would be working from home and not at the office on her birthday. Riley’s went the extra mile and called my daughter to get her address, which ironically was near a hospital they were delivering to. I can’t thank them enough for making sure she got her flowers and they were absolutely beautiful!! Can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered flowers for my daughter on Monday at about 9:00 in the morning. They were delivered within 2 hours and were beautiful. Made my daughter’s day! I live in KY and have called Riley’s Florist several times. Always great service and beautiful arrangements!
