I live in Chicago and a loved one passed and couldn't be present to be with family. I wanted something that expressed how she was and how much love surrounded her and these folks nailed it. Ordering online was easy but what made this experience truly amazing was text messages of when they received my order and preview pictures and an email of when it was delivered. This really put my mind at ease. They really outdid themselves. It was more beautiful than the online picture. Thank you for all that you did! It means a lot.
